East Districts Championships

Arbroath's female athletes produced a number of fine performances on both Friday night and during Saturdays Scottish East District Championships. Michelle Durbidge won two Gold medals in both Discus and Shot Putt in the Senior womens events, while Ellen Robertson claimed Gold in the U20 Triple jump. There was Silver medal success for Niamh Feigan in the U17 shot putt. While in the U15s' Iona Mcfarlane also won Two Silver medals in both the Discus and Pole Vault. Rachel Broadfoot won the Bronze medal in Discus. In the U13 Ellis Hudson won the Silver meadl in Discus and Megan Gowans claimed Bronze in the 70m Hurdles race. Alix small also produced excellent personal bests in her events. The full results are available on our results page.
